- To highlight the friendship and unity between Pakistan and the UAE, organized an art event, bringing together artists from around the Emirates . Exhibited at the Pakistan association Dubai on the Pakistan day – August 14 , 2018. Well attended by the minister of Tolerance and culture – His highness Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarik Al Nahyan & His highness the Ambassador of Pakistan.

- Presented a mural – a portrait of sheikh zayed - to the Pakistan Association Dubai to celebrate the unity and friendship between Pakistan and the UAE, unveiled by his highness Sheikh Nahyan himself . 14 Aug, 2018

- Exhibited and awarded a 2nd prize in the art contest organized by the outlet Mall Dubai & Art4You – May 2019.

- Art exhibition to raise voice against Child Labour – Organized by the SAG & Ryerson University – Held in Canada – Sep 2019, became part of the university’s exclusive art catalogue and awarded an acknowledgement for the same.

- Selected to be part of an exhibition organized by 2XL – A luxury furnishing brand. – Sep 2019

- Selected to become part of a charity art exhibition in CANADA , to raise a voice against child labour. The funds will go towards the rescue of these chidren - 2019 (Currently underway)

- Cultural Diversity Art Exhibit & Art Competition held at the Antique Museum, in collaboration with Art4You – 2nd prize Holder in the art and calligraphy segment. Sep 2018

COLLABORATION WORKS:

- Live painting on Walls to celebrate the National Day of the UAE, in Collaboration with Zee Arts at the Design District D3 - 2019

- Combining floral with my patent calligraphy style with artist H.Hussain – 2019

- Prepared a mural entry with 5 other artists - on a theme depicting unity between uae and Pakistan , by working around the concept of truck art - 2018

- Working on a project with some senior and established names of the Pakistani art industry for a collaborated project. 2019 (Currently underway)

- Collaborating with the Dusit2Kenz Hotels in Dubai , for artwork display and for giving calligraphy workshops to celebrate their ‘Week Of Art’ – 2019 (Currently underway)

 

 

CURATORIAL WORK:

- 2 ARTIST SHOW – Hussain Chandio & Masooma Rizvi across countries in Dubai – October 2018

- One of the 3 curators at the TCF Art Auction - an esteemed event , achieved a very huge fund raising through the auction and sale of paintings.

- Organized and participated at the 14th August 2018 – marking the Pakistan Day & Friendship with the UAE. Well attended and well received. Honorable guests included the minister of tolerance Sh. Nahyan bin Mubarak, The Ambassador of Pakistan to UAE Mr Moazzam Ali, President PAD Dr Faisal Ikram.

- Organized an extensive art and Pakistani Community event for the formal launch of the “OverSeas Pakistani artists Fraternity” (**details below) at the PAD – June 2019.(check #ospaf, #overseaspakistaniartistsfraternity ) This marked as a trend setting event for Art and Education and gave new benchmarks to the art industry in the UAE. To further promote the talent of our

country, invited a guest speaker all the way from Pakistan ‘Hammad Safi’ – The Little Professor known all over the world as the “Youngest Motivational Speaker”. Event was extensively covered by media in the UAE and in Pakistan alike.

 

OVERSEAS PAKISTANI ARTISTS FRATERNITY:

· When I started my art journey in the UAE I observed the gap that existed for a unified platform for artists in general and for Pakistani artists in particular. Taking upon that as my calling, I started gathering Pakistani artists on one platform and through word of mouth and much effort, I was able to gather about 50-60 professionally working artists based in the UAE. Have recently launched this fraternity with an extensive event and a well curated art exhibition, at the Pakistan Association Dubai, in June 2019. It was a very well received event and exhibition, well attended by the Pakistani community and giving extensive media coverage to the event and to the artists who participated. 25 artists’ work was showcased and the event was attended by about 200 guests from the Pakistani community including the Council General of Pakistan, the Head of PAD & some key names from the UAE cultural and art front.

· This fraternity aims at getting more recognition & acknowledgement to the artists and to their work. Seeking collaboration opportunities and display opportunities for this group.

- Princess Hayat Cultural Club - celebrating the Emirati Women’s Day 2019 – Conducted workshops for Art & Designing. To encourage team work, prepared a life size mural with the assistance of the entire team of participants.
